EU online dispute resolution: The European Commission's platform for online dispute resolution (ODR platform) was discontinued on 20 July 2025. A link is therefore omitted.
Consumer dispute resolution / universal conciliation body: We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer conciliation body (§ 36 VSBG, German Consumer Dispute Resolution Act).
Liability for content
As a service provider, we are responsible for our own content on these pages under general law pursuant to § 7 (1) DDG. However, pursuant to §§ 8 to 10 DDG, we as a service provider are not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or to investigate circumstances that indicate unlawful activity.
Obligations to remove or block the use of information under general law remain unaffected. However, liability in this regard is only possible from the point in time at which we become aware of a specific infringement. Upon becoming aware of any such infringements, we will remove the relevant content immediately.
User content: Registered users can publish worlds, factories, profiles and, in future, blueprints. Users are responsible for their own content. Notices of unlawful content can be sent to privacy@satisfactorybase.com; we review them promptly.
Liability for links
Our offering contains links to external third-party websites (e.g. GitHub, Discord, data sources) over whose content we have no influence. We therefore cannot accept any liability for this third-party content. The respective provider or operator of the linked pages is always responsible for their content. The linked pages were checked for possible legal violations at the time of linking; no unlawful content was identifiable at that time.
However, permanent monitoring of the content of linked pages is not reasonable without concrete evidence of an infringement. Upon becoming aware of any infringements, we will remove such links immediately.
